baseball

Post by Uncle Jesse »

Football bores me. I dunno, the older I get the less I watch it. Baseball is my passion. I follow it pretty closely.

Around three weeks until pitchers and catchers report for Spring Training. Can't wait!

Cardinals and the Marlins spring facility is just a stones throw from my house.

Yeh I haven't watched a single game this year. Just can't get into it any more.

I did watch the last quarter of Auburn vs. Alabama and I watched most of Auburn vs. Florida State. But that's it.

I'm exactly the oposite UJ, I'm a fair weather baseball fan but when it comes to football I aint missed a snap let alone a game this year. Leavin Saturday for Peach County GA to watch the big one with my daughter and family. Made this plan a little over a month ago before our beloved Seahawks were in it, never any doubt.

Uncle Jessie if you were only going to watch two football games this year, yhen you chose the two best ones my friend!
Nope, baseball season is too long and up too late to watch a whole game in the evening!

I like to watch football when my team is playing, they had a disappointing loss in the playoffs this year and lost the coordinators to head coaching jobs. They'll be back to disappoint next year for sure!!
My baseball team is the same way, under performing, so its hard to get excited about a team that doesn't seem to care if they win. New coach this year, so maybe they'll have a bit more fight. Go redlegs

I'm with ya there UJ haven't been excited about the Cowboys in, well, um, the 90's I guess. Rangers baseball has been fun to watch and as long as its fun I will watch.

If baseball was any slower it'd be farming. They're one strike away from being soccer. Does it really take 162 games to figure out the Yankees bought the best team? I dunno, sorry. If it's your thing, a salud. I'll still be watching CFB til I clear out my dvr. And 19 bowl games left to watch. Ah, the good life.
