Help with char levels of Bourbon Distiller's

I'm hoping collectively everyone can fill in the blanks:
Which companies use the following char levels for "Bourbon" recipe whiskies:
Toasted -
Char #1 -
Char #2 -
Char #3 - Makers Mark(3.5?)
Char #4 - Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace, Garrison Bros.(?)
I am hoping to find companies who use the less common #1 and #2 char(and just toasted even though I know it isn't technically Bourbon).
