Hi,
Ive done the standard airstill wash with the turbo yeast/turbo carbon etc and made no cuts as per the instructions (naive newbie mistake i've learned!) so this time round ive made myself a tomato paste/sugar wash - i now have a wash thats around 11% and im ready to distill it.
Can anyone give me approximate volumes i should make cuts at? i remember finding a post on here which outlines exactly what im after but i cant for the life of me find it now.
I've read alot on the forums but still anxious i wont be able to tell the difference when it changes, obviously this is something i'll learn with time.
So in a nutshell, 50ml foreshots to be discarded, and then roughly where should i be looking to make cuts thereafter?
Thanks for any advice/input

Youd be best off running all the wash through once first as a stripping run, recharge the still with the resulting low wines at no more than 40% abv.
Then do your spirit run making cuts along the way.

I'd be doing three strips, then cutting to 40% for a spirit run.
