Murky grape concentrate wash

I made a wash of 6 cans grape concentrate,4 lbs of sugar, 2 gallons of water, and 2 packs of bakers yeast. It has been fermenting for about 2 weeks. It is still gassing off at about 1 bubble every 6 seconds out of the air lock.

I plan on straining it through a cheese cloth and then through a coffee filter.

With it being so murky will it hurt the final product?
