Guava Spirit recipe

I'd like to share with you guys a nice little recipe i discovered, very simple.

1 Guava
700ml 40% Base

Cut up the guava and put it in the bottle, i left mine ( i made 2 bottles) for 12 months.

The first bottle i poured the whole lot into the blender. It ended up looking like BBQ sauce, and i think because the seeds were still in it, it was very, very, very spicy. However, since everyone was already drunk nobody seemed to care.

The second bottle i removed the guava and filtered it through a coffee filter. this was a better result, a nicely coloured liquer with a bit of a fruity spice, not nearly as throat burning as the other bottle, but a very different drink indeed.

Yes, ill admit i was expecting it to taste like red bull.
