20 L water (5 gal)
3 kg (7 lb)crushed grain
4.5 kg (10 lb) sugar

How much yeast do I need to use for this recipe. I would like to use corn meal as my grain. Can anyone suggest a kind of corn meal to use? Something that I can pick up at the store. I looked at Walmart but wasn't sure what to get. Thanks!
