barrel aging cocktails

Hey I was looking around over sea and saw this guy barrel aging cocktails in used cask . Have a small barrel not full at the moment and was thinking and aging some. Not sure as to what yet maybe a rob roy that's one of the ones I saw being aging. Thought I aging it 4 months then just refill the barrel with new spirit see what happens got the time

There are more and more bars doing this. I know of a nice place in Washington D.C. called "Barrel" that has about 10 small barrels that they rotate cocktails through. Some of them are damn tasty.
Any of you out in that area might want to check it out, they also have a very nice selection of Brown Water. They are trying to keep up with a good selection of new craft products.... barreldc.com

Looks nice . Did a single malt and ujssm last yr let them age come out nice . Wife got to where she drink my stuff but wanted to try different mix drinks

ended up doing a single malt, bourbon, vermouth cocktail when first mix was strong after 4 weeks in barrel came out nice smooth sweet gave a bottle to my brother for his wedding was gone that night
