does any one know what causes milk to curdle when alcohol is added?

Denatures the proteins.
Purposeful motion, for one so insane...

Ethanol denatures the proteins? Why does some alcohol seem to cause this more then others? (both at 40%)

Simply put.....not trying to be an a..hole..Im just pissed.

Yep, grainhopper's got it: the fusel's will do the same, all of'em are different, and all milk's different.
