What does everyone do with the liquid after it is run through the still?
I'd like to do something productive with it. Does it have nutritional value?
Can it be composted?
What can be done with the wash after it is distilled?

it makes good fertilizer. or if you can dry it out, it's very good feed for livestock

While its still hot pour 1/3 of it back in your fementer on top of the old yeast. And more sugar. Top it off with cold water. When the temperature is right add more yeast. Some people reuse the sludge in the bottom of the fermenter for their yeast, if you do this you will want to save a cup full and add it after the temp is down.
