Solder/soldering tips

Ok, so I've collected most of the parts for my still and I'm hoping that you guys can tell me the best solder to use for the three inch copper fittings I've chosen. From all the reading I've done on this forum I know it needs to be lead and cadmium free and water soluble flux paste. Soldering tips would be quite helpful also.
