I have to throw this out there- I grabbed a 36" industrial whisk off ebay for $25 shipped and It was my best investment yet. So darn handy! I used these in the restaurant business and knew I needed it for mashing.
It's the one in the middle.
Here is one on ebay for more than twice as much- This guy wants more than a new price for used equipment, but maybe if you watch it might get re-listed if it doesn't sell.

i retired mine in favour of a paint mixer style on a drill. They sure do work well though, I used mine for many years
