I recently purchased a pound bag of alpha amylase and a pound bag of gluco amylase from (can't say)
The directions for amounts to add states .001 pound of enzymes per 1 pound of grain.
How the hell can I figure out that amount, I have no scale to measure that.
How can I relate that to say.....teaspoons or tblspoons?
I usually mash up a 10 pound batch of cracked corn.
HELP....IM OLD

10 pounds will require a teaspoon by online converters. I don't know how accurate they are

Nice. Enough for 1000lbs of grain. You could separate it into tenths and then again to get the amount for ten lbs.
