Howdy folks,
Had a quick question. I was gonna be in town soon and I was gonna run some sangria through my pot still. I did it once and it wasn't bad, but I really want to smooth it out and maybe give it a little something extra. I was thinking about aging it on some oak (french maybe), but I wasn't sure if it would muddle some of the fruity flavors. Any recommendations whether aging distilled sangria is a good option?
