Copper packing
How much packing can I get away with when running my Boka in pot still mode. Was planning to run my first batch of UJSSM this weekend. Read a few posts that some packing is ok, but to much and I will start loosing some flavor due to some reflux. My Boka can hold 40" of packed column, which I have 3 pounds of copper mesh for. I was thinking possibly just one roll on the bottom or should I place it on the top below the sight glass. Or just leave it out all together.
