Can you start a run, stop it, then start it again say the next day?
I am using a pot still, my mash is molasses.

I've done this a few times, without problem... No foreshots collected at the second "half run"...
I'm french speaking!
Boiler : 50 L (13 gal) beer keg, gas heated.
Reflux : 104 cm (41 inches) column 54 mm (2 inches) diameter withh SS scrubbers packing.
Potstill : 40 cm (15 inches) column 54 mm (2 inches) diameter without packing.

Yairrrs, I've done it several times. Last time was two days ago when I had decided that 1am was late enough to watch my still. I was doing a doubling run and I do it verrrrry slowly.
