Stupid Question

Can you start a run, stop it, then start it again say the next day?

I am using a pot still, my mash is molasses.

newbe here dont take this for cash.
but if you stop a run i the middle its pretty much like starting a new run the next day but with less head, would trow the foreshot again tho.

I've done this a few times, without problem... No foreshots collected at the second "half run"...

Done it myself when interrupted.
No difference in quantity/quality collected. Just means a double boil-up costing more time and money.

Yairrrs, I've done it several times. Last time was two days ago when I had decided that 1am was late enough to watch my still. I was doing a doubling run and I do it verrrrry slowly.

I did this as well I run out of gas. Might of been a goo ting tho I started 3pm and was already into 430am. I was tired.
It was the largest spirit run I have done.
