1 ft. tall and 7 1/2 in. diameter.

So almost 2.3 gal capacity. How big is your boiler? Don't forget to put a drain with a ball valve and large fill port. Tri clamps are great for all connections.

No ive got a good sized boiler, 17 gal., and I know the thumper is small but I think it'll do for now.

That thump is way to small for that boiler. 1/3- 1/2 of boiler capacity is recommended for a reason. The thump can over fill and puke everything into your jars. Just not advised all around.

Finish it and sell it. Make an inline thumper out of it. Lots of things you could do. Maybe keep it up high and have a return line to the boiler.
