Hi to all. Glad I found this group. Been reading through it as much as I can and have found tons of information - for example, I just unscrewed all my gallon jugs to aerate the shine - seems like a good idea. I inheritted an old pot still from a guy who gave it up and have made some pretty decent "grappa", my drink of choice, for now. I was at a dinner last week and the host heard about my new hobby so he pulled out some bush grappa he bought in Nothern Italy over 25 years agp. It was the best thing I ever drank. I can't even describe it. Something to strrive for!
