Hi,
I'm not sure if I've got this in the right thread, if not, I'm sorry.
I'm looking to try my hand at making some Absinthe and was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for quality herbs/botanicals on this side of the map.
Thank you,
Shawn

I got some wormwood from Ukraine a few months back. It was terrible. Sorry I can't help.
You need to make friends with somebody who knows somebody that lives in Pontarlier. Or take a holiday there quick while the Shengen zone still works. I'll bet you could find some great herbs around there.

Distilling at 110f and 75 torr.

Wormwood is pretty easy to grow yourself. Fennel is available in most supermarkets as is aniseed. What else are you needing?
