It's gonna be a good day today, I'm off to the Grand Prix and then get to see Kiss after it. I'm a mad keen Kiss fan so I am very excited :D .

'twas a big day, 40D C ambient...hotter in the track. Too many beers in the sun can really wreck a guy. Kiss were at their usual best.

Yeah,Coops 40C, but the reports said the guys were driving in 47C in the vehicle!! Screw that, no wonder only 6 finished. What a bloody race. You Beauty!!! You know its hot when you work in a commercial kitchen and it's cooler inside than out. And, today of all days I started erecting a new side fence. Little did I know it would top 40C again. ( I still would have started even if I did know, time constraints and other bullshit considered)

It's been like that for weeks up here. Hoping for a change tomorrow with some rain. You know, that water stuff that falls from the sky. :)

i could see 40C being even hotter for those of you that dont get it as often as those of us in other parts of the country

GP was great, was actually running the still that day, so had to keep ducking in and checking the progress. ten's HD nascar coverage beforehand was bloody awesome too, good to see nascar getting decent coverage at last, instead of being on at 2am on a Wednesday morning.
