TPSR Controller

A few days ago my Hotplate blew it's Temp safety fuse toward the end of a session. I bypassed the fuse to complete the session and then the 10,000 SCR controller blew up. OK not a good idea to bypass a fuse but I had a to meter check that the power (W) would not be excessive but when the controller blew I had to stop. Anyway was unwilling to trust the Hotplate although it seemed to work OK so ordered a new one and a TPSR 25. They are cheaper than a PSR 25 and have an additional input from a thermistor.
I had an RCD and an MCB already and had just received a D52 2048, this is a device that fits the same rail as the aforementioned devices ad displays Volts ,Amps, Watts.
The assembly is trial only and I will find a box to build it in asap but I tested it for earth continuity and it was safe. I may need a larger heat sink or a fan but at 1KW it is barely warm and the max I'll run it at is 3KW. A Zs test did not work presumably due to the TPSR but the RCD operated as it should.
This is a first try at posting pics so I hope it's OK

You might get more replies if you define some of those acronyms.
