T-drill forming tee's in copper and stainless easily

It seems the biggest T-drill size is 2" - rare - as most found on ebay etc have 1.5" as the largest.

Have you seen the "Half ball branch pullers" that before the same function? Mostly seen them on Australian sites.

I've been researching how they might be scaled up. My current thinking is to slice a BOCCE ball, mill it to the desired 4.125", then drill and tap it with a bolt as a puller. I'm thinking about the pipe collar design needed so not to crush or deform the 4" pipe as you pull the Half Ball through.

A tee drill Can pull a tee no bigger than half the diameter of the pipe so you could a 1.5" tee on a 3" pipe or a 2" tee on 4"

So 1.5 would probaly be ok for what we need
