I've used Prestige WD yeast for years with great success. Lately it's getting harder to find and the price has doubled. Has anyone used High Spirits Whisky Distillers Yeast with AG? How does it compare to Prestige? What other suggestions do you have for an all grain whiskey mash?

Prestige WD is a good yeast, but you can also use cheap bakers yeast. I don't think my whisky with Prestige is better than my bakers yeast whiskies.
