Hey guys its ma egain
im now int the dry fitting stage of my reflux towerand have a question im unable to find a answered here yet.
my copper pipe has been laying in a shed for some time and has that "old" look about it. I have polished it up with some emery paper and now it looks a million $$. Like magpies, I like shiny things.
My question is this ... should i clean the inside of my reflux tower til it shines, or is that just being anal and over the top?

No need to clean the inside like that to make it shiny. You can't see the inside. Just clean with a vinegar soak and make a water run through it when finished.

the inside doesn't want deep green verdegris but it doesn't want to be shiny new penny looking either.
