Why cant you get enzymes in the UK? These powdered enzymes are available online. If cost prohibitive, just use lots of malted grain for the same thing. If ya cant get the powders, lmk I'll ship them to ya.

Nice nice nice as Still Life's rye is next up! With the vacation and holidays over everything seems to be moving slow like one of those dreams where you're trying to run but your legs won't work.
