whiskey yeast supplier
been searching all over and would like to find a supplier of a classic whiskey yeast (if there is one)for my next irish. can't find it anywhere. tried the stuff from mile high but i'm dissapointed in it. will buy 1116 or 1118 or fermachamp if i have to again. gman

That whiskey yeast with AG that Wineo suggested is very good. I normally run 7 or 8 generations of UJSM with one packet.

ordered some yesteyday. will do several runs of irish...barley and malt...and some irish thin mash with sugar. will give updates after my ferments are complete. most of my fermachamp ferments went asidic and tart/sour. very differant from corn or UJSM. gman
