This is Teoman from Turkey.I have been distilling for almost three years..We turks love drinking Rakı..For the ones who don't know it s ethanol from grapes flouvered with anaceed..

Welcome to one of the greatest assemblages of minds on the internet! There seems to be no end to the knowledge of fermentation and distillation here on HD. I've learned a lot quickly here from so many veterans but there is much, much more yet that I don't know. Read, ask questions and explore the all these amazing threads.
