Took some of my shrimp caught this last summer out of the freezer. Cooking this shrimp recipe tonight along with some white rice. I am thinking a rum and coke to compliment the meal.

1/2C honey for a pound of shrimp... gotta be nice and sweet!
I think I might be tempted to add a few szechuan peppers or some chili paste to make it Honey Pot's Sweet and Hot!
Sounds yummy, Bushman.

Re: Honey Garlic Shrimp
Well bushman good enough for two days in a row
a couple small tweaks, smaller batch, cut the honey in half proportionally for medical reasons
and used lime instead of lemon because I always have lime, and a habanero bloody mary

Re: Honey Garlic Shrimp
Thanks, I am thinking that marinade may work well on chicken cut in thin slices.
PS: I served the shrimp recipe on white rice powering the extra sauce from the cooking pan on top.
