Hello from the Emerald Isle.
I bought a small pot still from Amazon recently having never had any interest in this or having never brewed any form of alcohol. Made Birdwatchers sugar mash and turned out pretty ok, experience will help me here. Now trying Odin's cornflake whiskey.
Most important for me and for all of you is to stay safe in this hobby. The forum on safety is excellent reading and a must read for anyone new to this. 2nd most important is patience which I'm surprising myself with, but I'm following the rules as best as I understand.
