Using a Baine Marie

Post by PoppaW »

So I’ve been doin on grain ferments and want to try an on grain distill. Now I wonder about the cooked mash after distillation. I know at some point we all have to deal with the grain. In the big ole pot, the fermenter or the boiler. So what does the boiler look like after a run. 8 gallons of porridge? Does it clean up easy or should I keep squeezing after fermenting? I want to upsize my boiler so a Baine Marie style is an option. Thanks
