My first boiler was homemade and crude. I decided earlier this month to splurge and purchase a Brewer's Edge Mash and Boil, combined with a Still Spirits T-500 column. I will use this to cut my teeth on, and then adapt the Liebig Condenser I built for my first still, onto a new column, and hopefully use this as a pot still with the Brewer's Edge boiler... we will see.
