Just a quick post to say hello and introduce myself. I have had and interest in home beverage production for a some time, more recently I have been focused on distillation specifically gin production. Over the years I have built 3 stills, two reflux and my latest is a pressure cooker pot still for essence production. I'm retired and would like to correspond with likeminded distillers particularly any distillers from NSW, Australia.
