Mold in backset???

I ran a batch of AG corn back in late June using Yellow Label Angel.

For a future batch, I saved 1.8L of backset from the 1st stripping run. I recently noticed what looks like mold "floaties" in the jar. I thought (incorrectly?) that the pH would be too low to allow that to happen. I've kept other backsets for much longer & never had this happen.

Should I just toss it?
