So when you guys are doing your first runs and saving all of the product for feints on the next run, how far down are you taking the abv of the distillate?

I was thinking down to about 20% for the first run, not bothering to take cuts, but tasting/smelling/feeling/testing along the way to pick up on the markers for the heads, hearts, and tails. Then on the 2nd run working on making those precise cuts to keep the proof in the sweet spot.
