Finding EtOH in Wine Making Trash

Hello Forum,
I thought to share with you my attempt at recovering EtOH from wine making leftover trash ... the pomace and dregs. The attached slides show my experience in making washes from these.
It is important to note that the temperatures shown are a little lower than expected as the washes were made at 6500 feet above sea level.
Would very much like to see similar analyses or documentation for other mashes, musts or similar. All feedback is welcome.
