Hello - I can see a question or answers to this elsewhere so hopefully I haven't missed it..
In order to meet the label requirements to have the e mark beside the vol, what do I need to have recorded for this - I assume I have to use weight rather than volume as the checks done per so many bottles, if I want to fill 42% gin in 70cl bottles? I previously set my vacuum filler to 700ml and was going with this, but I guess not accurate enough?

Re: bottling and e mark
Frank,
I don’t know where in the world you are producing (for sale), but I would refer you to the taxation agency in the country you are producing in. In the USA, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) regulates labelling and measurements for bottling since it directly affects revenue generation (taxes). Your question, while generic in nature, should be answered specifically by the legal authorities responsible otherwise you may be mislead.
