I wanted to say hello. I have not been on this board in so long i could not remember what email address i was even using back then. My partner in crime moved away and with my kids getting older I stopped the hobby. My son is heading to college in the fall and i thought it was about time to dust off the old equipment. I have a 15 gallon keg still built using plans from this site. I basically ran Uncle Jesse's Sour Mash for a few years. Had a lot of fun doing it but wanted to start learning about all grain recipes. What do you guys suggest I try first? Looking for something easy I guess.
