Hello from the deep south. Long time beer brewer here. Started this craft a few years ago. I enjoy making all grain whiskey more than anything. I run a lot of neutral spirits so I can let that whiskey sit. I enjoy running my 2 inch packed reflux column for neutral spirits and a 3 or 4 inch C/M plated column for my whiskeys. I also started the copper craft and climbed down the first build rabbit hole. Anyway… this sight is responsible for were I am today…. Deeply in the hole

.I thought that it was time to join to hopefully one day, pay it forward. Cheers!!
