Hello fellow shiners!

Hey All,
Im new to the forum and cant wait to become acquainted with my fellow shiners! I have zero experience and my family doesnt have a history or a clue for that matter about the distilling world. I watched moonshiners on Discovery and have been interested ever since. Since my refusal to comply with the mandated vaccines for most jobs in my profession I suddenly have more time on my hands and figured it would be exciting and challenging to take up this endeavor to fill that void. So far that has not been disappointing. This is a definitely not an easy task and it has led to many quesitons along the way. Ill try to do as much reading as I can but sorry in advance if Im unknowingly redundant and seemingly ignorant. Cant wait to begin learning and hopefully get a few new friends along the way!
