i am thinking about making a sugar beat mash, are there any special considerations to take with regards to this? i would like to use the turbo yeast 8kg (18%-20%) but they suggest the use of pure sugar - which is too expensive! any advice tips would be apricated - have read most of the website seems to be nothing on the humble sugar beat!
