Planning to do a dark sugar wash with some of that alcotec turbo yeast (the 24hr stuff). On the packet it says 21 litres of water 6 kgs of sugar and 205g of yeast. Now then I plan to make just 9 liters of the stuff at a time ...Ive been mulling this over in my mind all morn and Ive noone else to ask..Anybody go any ideas what would be the correct ammount sugar/water yeast?
