I'm mostly interested in the technical aspects of it all. Equipment, chemistry, procedures. I have a broad scope of interests that are generally only satisfied if there's a usable end product of some sort.
As for equipment, I'm in process of scratch building a pot still with interchangeable top sections. Simple pot still head, bokakob head with no column, and a column that can be placed between the pot and the bokakob. If another method grabs my fancy, I'll probably incorporate that as well. (A vapor path basket for botanicals may end up happening)
