New and NEW

Hello there I'm new to the forums though I have hit upon it frequently with google
and I'm relatively new to distilling, I bought an air still the spring before last and made the step up to a t500 by fall.
I live in eastern Canada and I'm trying to live my dream of being a functional alcoholic lol just joking or am I?
