Newbie saying hello

As per the rules we live by, a first post to say hello.

Complete newbie here. I have dabbled with beer, wine and cider in the past, so this is a level up.

I have been reading for weeks and have taken the plunge on a T500 with Pot Still lid. Acid wash has been done, sacrificial run is in the fermenter…. Looking forward to getting going.
