Very glad to have found this resource, seems excellent so far. I have been interested in brewing and distillation for years, particularly that of Whiskey; thats a long way off yet though.
Just now reaching a time in my life where I have the space, time and freedom to begin the journey.
Anyway I hope to be starting my first run in the next few months.
Sorry meant to say I am in Ireland and will be starting with a 8.5 gallon Vevor "moonshine" pot still with thumper, though I suspect the "thumper" is to small for the job and is in fact just an overflow.
