Hey all. My name is Peter. I am 51 years old. Never done any distilling at all. I have been looking for a hobby to do at home while I’m battling esophageal cancer. Got diagnosed with colon cancer and esaphogeal cancer early in 2023. Got my colon removed and still waiting on surgery for the throat. I have lots of time as I am not able to work or drive. I don’t drink alcohol myself. I want yo distill for my relatives and etc. thanks all and looking forward to learning from you and this site.
