Howdy. I'm a guy living in the woods who loves to ferment things. I've mainly been into mead and country wines but I have always wanted to get into distilling. So I bought myself a cheap still off Amazon, 50L vevor, and some plastic buckets because all I have are 1 gallon glass fermenters and I don't want to go buy another 10 of them lol.
I'm doing the reading thing now as I wait for all the other junk I ordered to arrive. I have birdwatcher's and wineo's sugar wash recipes written down to start with since the ingredients are approachable and I have everything except the boat load of sugar. I frequent some of the youtube channels I have seen mentioned here.
I promise to google for answers before I ask here. I work in IT so-- I'm regularly asking myself and others: did you google it?
