Just landed hear. I've done some beer in the past, a few meads, and the last couple of years working with apple cider and honey/apple juice combinations. Looking into taking next steps to fortify the holiday elixir and dabble with whiskies and Brandy's. I like to build things and play with fire so a likely intersection with some creative metal work is in the near future. Hobbies: wood working, ATVs, camping, fishing, kite flying, blacksmith, lamp working glass, and blending flavors food and of course drink.
