Hello everyone. I have very little experience in this field. I have made a batch of hard apple cider (about 5 gallons) and tried fermenting a peach mead. My barrier in the air lock dried up and something go in and corrupted the mead. My wife and I are doing research into creating our own shine. I will try not to ask and stupid questions without reading the forums first.
