Been lurking reading comments for ages, and finally decided to join and get serious. Live in the north.
Current set-up is only an air-still, and have 3 successful Birdwatcher sugar wash ferments to date. looking to produce a tasty steady supply of gin.
Have been doing a bunch of reading on reflux stills and am shopping around materials in my area to get a reflux up and running before the spring.
