Hi All

I am a new distiller with 3 distilations under my belt....got interested in the craft due to my stupid Apple tree and wanted to make some apple brandy.......(you can only make so much apple juice).....2 years later started watching videos then bought my First 5 Gallon pot still. I have since upgraded to a 8 Gallon still with pot/reflux. I am looking forward getting into all grain and to have a network of expert distillers to ask those impossible questions to, because, no one in Canada does home distilling (hypothetically)....many thx....Dirksy
